INFORMATION FOR AUTHORS

To submit work for consideration, authors are required to electronically submit a full paper using the IEEE template, which should be between 3-4 pages in length and include the authors’ names, affiliations, an abstract, figures, tables, and references. All submissions will undergo a peer review process, and authors will be notified of their paper’s acceptance status. If accepted, authors must submit the final version of their paper, which should be no longer than 6 pages, electronically. During the conference, authors or co-authors must present their papers either in the oral or poster session. Only the presented papers will be included in the final conference proceedings, which will be published on IEEE Xplore.

Please be advised that every publication submitted to the RADIOELEKTRONIKA 2024 conference will be checked for plagiarism. Conference organizer is obliged to reject papers which did not pass the check or papers authored or co-authored by authors on the Prohibited Author List.

Papers with the Cross-Check rate above 40-50% will be rejected automatically.



Authors may use the official RADIOELEKTRONIKA 2024 template in Powerpoint format to prepare the presentation or poster.


Final submission

Once the reviewers approve the paper for the publication (the paper status is "Paper accepted - awaiting final files"), the authors may submit the final version of the paper. The appropriate copyright clearance code notice is to appear on the bottom of the first page of each paper according to the guidelines set forth in the Cataloging/Copyright Instructions for an IEEE Conference Proceeding.   • For all other papers the copyright notice is: 979-8-3503-6216-9/24/$31.00 ©2024 IEEE
  • For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
  • For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 979-8-3503-6216-9/24/$31.00 ©2024 Crown
  • For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 979-8-3503-6216-9/24/$31.00 ©2024 European Union

When your article is in the state "Paper accepted - awaiting final files", please follow these steps in order to prepare IEEE Xplore-compliant file:

  1. make sure the correct copyright notice is in the footnote of the first page (usually 979-8-3503-6216-9/24/$31.00 ©2024 IEEE).
  2. login / register to IEEE PDF eXpress site https://ieee-pdf-express.org/account/login
    • use the Conference ID: 61599X
  3. use Dashboard -> Create new title
  4. follow the instructions of PDF eXpress
  5. when the process finishes successfully, you should be able to download IEEE compliant .pdf file
  6. login to radioelektronika2024.uniza.sk
  7. navigate to My articles -> Upload file
  8. upload the .pdf file received from IEEE PDF eXpress as the final version of the paper.
  9. click "Go to IEEE copyright submission" and follow the instructions to sign the electronic copyright.

REGISTRATION AND FEES

Registering for the conference does not automatically guarantee that the paper will be published in IEEE Explore. The following requirements must be met in order for the paper to be considered for publication: payment must be received, the final paper must be submitted through Easychair using IEEE PDFExpress, the e-copyright must be signed, and payment confirmation, paper source files, and presentation of the article (oral/poster) must be received by the conference email in person.
