INFORMATION FOR AUTHORS
Paper submission
To submit work for consideration, authors are required to electronically submit a full paper using the A4 IEEE template, which should be between 3–4 pages in length and include the authors' names, affiliations, an abstract, figures, tables, and references.
All submissions will undergo a peer review process, and authors will be notified of their paper's acceptance status. If accepted, authors must submit the final version of their paper, which should be no longer than 6 pages, electronically.
During the conference, authors or co-authors must present their papers either in the oral or poster session. Only the presented papers will be included in the final conference proceedings, which will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library®.
Plagiarism policy
Please be advised that every publication submitted to the Radioelektronika 2026 conference will be checked for plagiarism. Conference organizer is obliged to reject papers which did not pass the check or papers authored or co-authored by authors on the Prohibited Author List.
Papers with the Cross-Check rate above 40–50% will be rejected automatically.

RADIOENGINEERING and AEEE Journals (WoS)
Authors of selected papers accepted and presented at conference Radioelektronika 2026 will be asked to resubmit an improved version of their research to scientific journals "Radioengineering" (IF 0.7/2024 and 0.8/5Y) and "Advances in Electrical and Electronic Engineering" (IF 0.8/2024 and 0.6/5Y).
Mandatory condition for paper resubmission is significant extensions of existing manuscript, i.e., presentation of new unpublished results associated with the solved topic. Additional content needs to form at least 30% of the new paper.
High quality papers mentioned above will be chosen by technical program committee. All papers submitted to the journal will undergo a standard independent review process. We negotiate vouchers for free of charge publishing of the selected papers in both journals.
For more information, see the AEEE and Radioengineering journal web pages.
Registration and fees
Registering for the conference does not automatically guarantee that the paper will be published in IEEE Xplore.
